About these specsSame valve body as the K7.3 — the difference is the flow range the internals are sized for, and they take different repair kits. Needs at least 5% bypass flow to work. If pressure comes and goes, or the machine spikes when you release the trigger, the unloader is where to look before you look anywhere else.

Unloaders stick, the seat wears, and the spring loses tension. Do not adjust the pressure up to compensate for a failing one — that is how a cheap part becomes an expensive one.
